Fallout Suite Soundtrack (Unofficial Rip)

I am a Gamer™

And one of the games I’ve played a lot of over the years is Fallout 4

Like all Bethesda Games I’ve played, I spent a lot of time Modding it.
And I think my favorite mod has to be “Fallout Suite

It’s a professionally produced soundtrack extension released less than 8 months after Fallout 4 came out.

I have no idea by whom, the creator is called “Video Game Composer” on Youtube and has left no contact information, and their accounts on the various platforms involved seem to have been dead for the last 8 years.

Now, I love this mod, and its music.
It’s beautiful, and fits both the atmosphere of the game as well as the aesthetic of the original soundtrack so well as to be indistinguishable. (although I say that coming from playing the game for years and years with this music added in)

But even though the music is amazing (in my opinion), it has only been released packaged inside a Fallout 4 Mod, making listening to the music on demand impossible.

As someone who really likes listening to video game soundtracks outside of video games, this upset me.

So, I used some tools (Specifically Bethesda Archive Extractor and FFmpeg) to extract the tracks and convert them from .WAV to .FLAC so I could tag them.

Then I got the (beautiful) artwork made for the Nexusmods page, and cropped that so I could use it as the cover art.

And then I manually cleaned up the filenames, tagged the tracks to the best of my ability, and added it to my personal music collection.

But today, after listening to the Fallout 4 soundtrack, and thinking of what a shame it is so many other people can’t even find this music, let alone listen to it, I decided to upload it.

Now, I would have liked to ask the original artist(s?) first, but since they appear not to have checked their accounts in years and have no other contact information (or sensible name!) I hope I can have their forgiveness instead of their permission.

(If you have made this music and would like to see it taken offline, please Contact me)

With all that out of the way, in the interest of preservation, accessibility, and human happiness, here is the music in all it’s glory:

Enjoy!
